Having had an enforced year of inactivity due to poor health I wish to thank you for your quiet and efficacious encouragement to start the path back to normality through gradual exercise. Through your program I am now able to enjoy my beloved pedal cycle again together with three rounds of golf a week and spells back on the allotment. My early attempts at self exercise had produced some unexpected and unwelcome consequences from which I am now quite recovered. I shall continue with what I can remember of the routines that you have introduced during the sessions and expect to recover fully by the Autumn.

"I've suffered from bursitis in my hip and also have bad backs on a regular basis. I have been advised by doctors to do exercises to strengthen the muscles in order to help with my posture. Going to the gym has not helped, so I was advised to try Pilates.
I have only been to 6 lessons so far but I have felt an improvement already. The lessons are tailored to the individual by Nicola so that you never put too much of a strain on yourself. The classes are small so that you can always see and hear instructions. It feels as though the classes are conducted on a 1:1 basis which makes for a calm and enjoyable experience." Sally M
