Which Class?
1:1 Initial Assessment
To be scheduled
All group and 1:1 sessions require a one off initial Assessment prior to starting. The main reason for this is to assess any clinical need you may have. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about your current health and medical history, we will discuss any injuries or conditions that you may have and the goals you want to achieve. There will also be a brief examination of your posture and movement to ensure the exercises are suitable for you. You will also be familiarized with the Key Elements of Pilates, and most importantly you will be taught how to engage your deep core muscles, enabling you to get the most from the class.

With these smaller than usual classes everyone can get the individual attention they require. The exercises will take you through a range of movements to help mobilise, strengthen and improve flexibility. We would modify and adapt the exercises according to the clinical need of the individual to ensure that you are working at the correct level for you.
Group classes are normally run in 6 week blocks and catch ups are available in person or pre-recorded class.
1:1 Sessions
By agreement
Specifically tailored to your needs, 1:1 sessions are sometimes required to allow us to give you the personal attention needed to focus on specific health or injury issues you may have. This could be incredibly helpful and beneficial to your rehabilitation, Pilates practice and also performance in other areas of life.
